Our Story

Apollo Asset Company Limited was formed in 1969, during the era of my grandfather. Since then, we have been actively involved in the real estate business in Thailand. Our initial focus was to construct apartments for the US Army stationed in Bangkok.

With the expansion of our portfolio over the years, we have been able to cater to a wide range of local market needs by building single houses, shophouses, and townhouses. I was actively involved in construction site activities in 1994 when I started actively participating in construction site activities. Among other ventures, we have also developed land and constructed malls, offices, and hotels.

When the Thai economy collapsed in 1997, our family faced a significant setback. It has taken nearly a decade of hard work and determination for us to achieve the position we once held. We have successfully developed three condominium developments in Sukhumvit CBD since 2009, with an impressive sales rate of 98%. The company has also established 255 rooms on Sukhumvit Road, 70 rooms in Silom-Surawongse, and 39 rooms in Thonglor with serviced residences. In addition, we have taken strategic decisions to sell prime plots to listed real estate developers, maximizing investment opportunities.
